The build begins.

The opening stage documents the car as it enters the workshop: inspection, strip-down and the first decisions that turn a road-going shell into a rally project.

Engineering / Preparation

Mechanical & preparation.

Up on the lift and stripped back to the shell, then rebuilt piece by piece: diagnostics and wiring, suspension and brakes, a competition seat where the road interior used to be, and the sunroof aperture panelled over.

Bodywork / Identity

Bodywork & Kaspa livery.

Bodywork first: panels straightened and prepared, then the whole shell masked and laid up in primer before it goes under colour. It comes back out of the booth in white, which is the base the Kaspa livery gets laid over.

Complete / Ready to race

The finished rally car.

The final section is the payoff: completed details, full-car views and the machine ready for its first start line after the StagHunt-funded build.
